Due to our service classification, there are no refunds. All Sales Are Final.

A non refundable deposit is required on all treatment services and packages. The deposit will be applied towards your service. - $50 Non-refundable Deposit on a single session. Deposits are applied towards your treatment services. Remaining balance is due and payable on the day of your service(s). - $100 Non-refundable Deposit for Bundle Packs and Treatment Packages. Deposits are applied towards treatment services. Remaining balances are due and payable on the first day of your package series.

We allow a grace period of 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment. If you are 15 minutes late past your appointment time, your appointment will be automatically canceled and a $50 Cancellation Fee will apply. We understand that things and circumstances can change. We simply ask that you are considerate of our time and fellow clients. We thank you in advance for your courteousness.

*24 Hour Cancellation/Reschedule Notice Required* In the event you cannot make your appointment, we ask and require a 24 hour advance notice of rescheduling in order to avoid scheduling conflicts and to afford a waitlisted client an opportunity to book the time slot that you are unable to make. If you fail to show for your appointment and/or fail to cancel your appointment, you will be charged a NON CANCELLATION NOTICE fee of $50.00.

Your treatment room is specially reserved for you. Additional guests including children and pets are not allowed to accompany you to your appointment.

Consent forms must be signed prior to any treatment performed. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment and consultation to accommodate consent and signatories. Measurements and pictures will be taken before treatment sessions in order to track and document each client’s progress. *For Optimal results, it is recommended that clients who are actively on their menstrual cycle kindly schedule sessions outside of active cycle.
